Charlie Bloom
Charlie is an attorney with Eaton Peabody where he specializes in real estate and land use law. He holds a J.D. from UConn, a B.A. in environmental studies from Carleton College, and a private pilot’s license. Charlie also serves on the Board of Directors of the Winnebago Alumni Association, which is dedicated to giving the gift of a summer at Camp Winnebago in Fayette to boys whose families do not have the financial resources to attend. His past experience includes leading youth on hiking and canoeing trips in Maine. Charlie enjoys spending weekends hiking, canoeing, and camping around Maine’s coast, forests, lakes and mountains.
What is your oldest, favorite, or most trusted piece of gear?
My wooden canoe paddle from Bending Branches, which has survived three trips down the Allagash, two down the West Branch of the Penobscot, and countless other outings.
